Use the checklist below to find solutions to the most common problems:

1. Check your version of your operating system. We only support Windows 2008, XP, Vista, 7.

2. If you are using Windows 2008/XP, pls install Microsoft .Net Framework and restart your computer.

3. Ensure that you are not behind any firewall. If you are behind a firewall or using a vpn, please open port 25086.
