Independiente continue to extend its great form match after match. Two weeks ago, the team put in a strong performance in a hard-fought 1-1 home draw in the Avellaneda derby against Racing Club. This result stretched their unbeaten run to six league games (three wins, three draws) and kept them at the top of Group B with 21 points, tied with Rosario Central.
