I am betting DR Congo +1.5 when they play England, apart from their opening game England have looked quite laboured and despite playing weak attacks in their last 2 matches in Ghana and Panama, DR Congo may have a better attack than both and I think they can get in on the scoring and if they do despite England having Harry Kane I think they may struggle here to cover the handicap and I am going to give DR Congo a bet here +1.5.
